Extensive understanding of troubleshooting approaches and tools

CAD, Creo, or other 3D modeling software knowledge
Capital project management experience
Demonstrated direct and/or indirect leadership capabilities
Experience with permitting and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with reinforced Concrete design
