Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • Extensive knowledge of business process improvement tools
  • Working knowledge of effective project management strategies
  • Extensive knowledge of safety measures for physical facilities
  • Extensive understanding of troubleshooting approaches and tools

Nice-to-have

  • CAD, Creo, or other 3D modeling software knowledge
  • Capital project management experience
  • Demonstrated direct and/or indirect leadership capabilities
  • Experience with permitting and regulatory requirements
  • Familiarity with reinforced Concrete design

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in an Engineering or Engineering Technology curriculum
