The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must ensure resident safety by frequently checking those unable to call for help and promptly reporting any accidents, incidents, or changes in condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and preparing them for medical tests.
