Youth Counselors monitor and supervise juveniles, provide counseling and therapeutic interventions, and participate in treatment planning to support rehabilitation goals.

Base: Step 0- $41,558 to Step 6- $54,078; Bonus/Equity: Shift premium 10% for 2nd or 3rd shift; Benefits: Paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, retirement, health insurance

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and two years related experience
Juvenile Justice Officer certification standards
Ability to physically restrain juveniles
Must meet NC Criminal Justice Education and Training Standards
Experience working with juvenile/family client population
