Key responsibilities include serving as the initial contact for payroll inquiries, triaging support tickets, managing live messaging channels, and providing frontline support across multiple payroll-related products.
This is a full-time role with a fixed weekly schedule from Saturday through Wednesday, requiring availability to work weekends as part of the standard shift.
