Job Summary

  • This Administrative Officer III position will be the main point of contact for HR and staff related activity for the NCDOT Office of Economic Opportunity and Compliance.
  • The position will review EOC staff and management needs, establish goals for delivery of staff development, staff performance, staff morale, staff activities and other EOC needs.
  • The position will consult on or handle all EOC staff, hiring, staff development and performance related functions such as processing posting and hiring of positions, preparing personnel transactions within the HR system, completing necessary HR forms (HR action forms etc.), coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation and training.
