  • Responsibilities include IT service delivery activities, covering installation, configuration, asset control, and support for computers, basic network infrastructure, telecommunications, software, hardware, and servers.
  • The role involves managing IT vendors (internal and external) for all deliveries within the designated area or region and executing local IT projects, including those of medium complexity or specialization.
