Job Summary

• The purpose of the Professional Education & Development (PED) Associate role is to deliver the annual Strategic Plan for PED activities in the country/market, ensuring JJV products are used correctly by eye care practitioners and health care professionals.
• This role involves developing, executing, and contributing to technical training for customers and JJV staff, while building strong partnerships with local professional bodies.
• You will be responsible for managing relationships with external customers, KOLs and key field stakeholders, understanding product attributes, and identifying the need for new educational programs through customer unmet needs.
