  • You will take end-to-end responsibility for CRM and CX projects based on the BSI Customer Suite, from conception to go-live.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their processes and translate them into smart BSI solutions, managing requirements and coordinating stakeholders.
  • You will configure the Customer Suite, drive technical implementation, and develop methods and best practices while ensuring quality, time, and budget adherence.
