You will take end-to-end responsibility for CRM and CX projects based on the BSI Customer Suite, from conception to go-live.
You will work closely with clients to understand their processes and translate them into smart BSI solutions, managing requirements and coordinating stakeholders.
You will configure the Customer Suite, drive technical implementation, and develop methods and best practices while ensuring quality, time, and budget adherence.
