Must-have
Building and property maintenance

Forklift operation for material handling
Minor repairs (painting, carpentry, basic plumbing)

Key Requirements
Industrial mechanics or electromechanics diploma
1-2 years of experience in building/machine/equipment repair
Valid Class 5 driver's license with clean record
Proficiency in French and English
Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident or eligible for work visa
