• The Rig Wells Superintendent will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of well operations, ensuring adherence to BP's operational standards and regulatory requirements in the AGT region.
• This role involves leading a team of Well Site Leaders to deliver high quality well planning activities, programs, and offshore execution in compliance with health, safety, security, environment, and operational requirements.

Key Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Well Control Certification
• Combined Surface/Subsea Supervisor certification (IADC, IWCF or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years industry experience in well engineering and operations
• 3 years managing Well Operations or Wells Engineering
• 5 years experience as Well Site Leader
• Ability to go offshore with necessary medicals and training
• Azerbaijani citizenship required
