Job Summary

• The PM Specialist Operations Specialist loads dispatch and sort plans into the system and monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of the automated sortation and dispatch systems within the Toronto West facility.
• The role is responsible for maintaining balanced base route plans in VVR for the building, while acting as the central control point supporting real time operational execution.
• The position will recommend and implement system and plan adjustments, as directed by management, to ensure the operation remains productive, balanced, and service focused.
