Job Summary
Facilitate the tactical, day-to-day aspects of supporting, discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business-process-related knowledge through modeling, simulating, and analyzing current and future states.
Monitor and take corrective action related to the integration of SAP and CRM data, working on continuous improvement and optimization of Sales Processes.
Produce monthly reports, compile findings, track trends, and develop solutions to enhance the accuracy of the system, while assisting with projects and other processes within the Sales Enablement Team.
