Job Summary

  • The Sales Development Associate’s job is to meet or exceed pre-determined service expectations while selling product, merchandising, and fulfilling route management objectives to drive volume and profit growth in accounts.
  • This position helps to cover the routes that do not have current coverage until a permanent sales representative can be assigned.
  • Attains standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume, and activity goals of supplier brands as set by management.
