Job Summary
The Sales Development Associate’s job is to meet or exceed pre-determined service expectations while selling product, merchandising, and fulfilling route management objectives to drive volume and profit growth in accounts.
This position helps to cover the routes that do not have current coverage until a permanent sales representative can be assigned.
Attains standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume, and activity goals of supplier brands as set by management.
