Job Summary

• The Maintenance Specialist II/III performs a full spectrum of routine and skilled maintenance services, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, grounds, and general trades across campus.
• This role includes interpreting technical documentation, operating heavy equipment, responding to emergencies (including on‑call duties), and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient campus environment.
• Ilisagvik College offers health insurance to our employees with a no cost premium, and $50/pay period for each additional dependent and a low cost annual deductible of $200 for employee only and $600 for family.
