Job Summary
This role involves assisting customers with everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels, as well as face-to-face interactions in a retail branch setting.
You will be responsible for completing Financial Health Checks, processing applications for personal loans and credit cards, and using tools to capture customer feedback for service improvement.
