Job Summary
As the oCHRO Customer Zero Principal Product Manager, you will serve as a bridge between our users' needs and the technology that powers their work.
You will stay informed of oCHRO industry trends and the evolving technology landscape, using these insights to identify opportunities and drive innovation — particularly in the AI space.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with business partners, product teams, designers, and architects to discover and deliver the most impactful solutions for our Workmates.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $196,000 USD - $294,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $167,200 USD - $294,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, annual stock grants
