Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package described on company site
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years project managing ERP solutions
Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
Knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
Managing customer experience through deployments
Budget and P&L ownership for projects
Nice-to-have
Business development and service sales experience
Previous consulting experience with software companies
Executive presence and strong influencing skills
Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time
Mentoring professional services resources
Key Requirements
Sr Engagement Manager (P4) or Principal Engagement Manager (P5) title level
6-8 years of prior consulting experience
Demonstrable experience in Higher Education customer base
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or Smartsheets
