Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in technical support
  • 1+ years experience validating XML, JSON, and CSV
  • 1+ years experience with JIRA, Microsoft Office, and Visual Studio Code
  • 1+ years experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Skilled in JPath and JMESPath
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries
  • Experience using Postman or Bruno
  • Experience with AWS, Datadog, Twilio, Sendgrid, Github, or Salesforce
