Job Summary

  • The Corporate Secretary will provide strategic leadership in corporate governance, compliance and Board operations for CDEV and several of its key subsidiaries.
  • This role serves as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and senior management, ensuring governance frameworks and legal practices align with Crown corporation accountability requirements.
  • The successful candidate will play a central leadership role in maintaining strong corporate governance practices; fostering continuous improvement; overseeing board operations, preparation of Board materials and minutes, and maintenance of corporate records; and supporting director recruitment, onboarding and continuing education.
