Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Speech-Language Pathologist licensed by state
Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants
Document patient evaluations and treatment notes
Develop and implement treatment plans
Communicate with families and healthcare team
Conduct in-service training for staff
Nice-to-have
Ability to relate positively with patients and staff
Participate in patient care and rehabilitation meetings
Act as clinical preceptor for students
Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care software
Key Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensed as Speech Therapist in the state
Completion of 350 supervised clinical practicum hours if unlicensed
At least 9 months supervised full-time SLP experience
