The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for identifying residents correctly before administering treatments or serving meals.
The role requires frequent observation of resident conditions, including skin breakdown and eating habits, with immediate reporting of any changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assisting residents with daily functions
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes
Maintaining resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Assisting with lifting and transporting residents
