Job Summary
You will work directly with Space and Defense Group leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate these priorities into talent needs.
As a result, you’ll be accountable for driving the Learning & Development (L&D) agenda within the business to include partnering with the HR Director and HR Business Partner community, identifying talent development priorities, crafting, and communicating solutions which satisfy the goals of the business.
