The Surveyor will work in a high performing industry leading team within JLL’s Capital Markets business, with a specific focus on retail assets.
This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with other investment agents and clients, ultimately growing into a self-generating Investment agent in time.

Must-have
out of town retail and leisure markets
pre-sale and acquisition due diligence

underwriting assets using cashflow modelling
client service for diverse clients
Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency
Nice-to-have
entrepreneurial and hungry for success
self-motivated and industrious
strong interest in retail sector
Key Requirements
RICS certification preferable
Experience in capital markets or out of town agency
