This role serves as a thought leader and catalyst for AI adoption, process mapping and optimization, guiding functional teams in leveraging AI to enhance business performance.
The Executive Director works closely with the AI Functional Working Group and function leadership to elevate Novartis capabilities, catalyze adoption, and accelerate culture change.
The total compensation package may include sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.

Base: $194,600.00 - $361,400.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards possible; Benefits: Full range including 401(k), paid time off, medical and financial benefits
