Job Summary

  • Coordinates, assigns and reviews work and establishes work schedules; maintains standards; monitors status of work in progress; inspects completed work assignments; answers questions; gives advice and direction as needed.
  • Performs complex maintenance and diagnostic services for carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and similar systems maintenance, repair or construction of county facilities or structures.
  • Respond to 24 hr. emergency and non-emergency service calls, diagnoses problems and makes minor repairs.
