Technicians are expected to document maintenance activities, coordinate with contractors, participate in continuous improvement projects, and demonstrate core leadership behaviors aligned with the company credo.

Key Requirements

Experience with Maximo CMMS preferred
Technical school or equivalent training in HVAC or electrical
