Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Eligible to be registered as P.Eng in Ontario
  • Follow instruction from qualified professional engineer

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in nuclear industry or heavy industrial environment
  • Proficiency with ETAP software for power system modeling
  • Site experience in construction or commissioning of electrical systems
  • Knowledge of CANDU nuclear electrical power systems
  • Familiarity with CSA 22.1 and Canadian Electrical Code Part I

Key Requirements

  • Accredited university degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Eligibility for Professional Engineer registration in Ontario
  • Fundamental technical knowledge to resolve engineering issues
