The main purpose of this job is to directly solicit companies with revenues between $10MM and $2 Billion for general industry equipment finance and leasing opportunities in the assigned territory.
Serve as the primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of diverse and complex commercial relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Base: $112,000.00 - $203,750.00; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based incentive plan(s); Benefits: Employer sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance, paid vacation, and paid personal time, career development, education assistance, voluntary supplemental benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
1+ years of sales experience in banking/financial services
Sales experience in equipment lease origination preferred
