  • Support application development and launch including experiments design based on user workflows internally and with external collaborators in academia and industry.
  • Enable customer & field associates workflows with product workshops, training, as well as demo concepts tailored to different customer needs.
  • Manage the applications lab and ensure equipment is maintained and ready for testing and demos adhering to company policies and procedures.
