The Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring Team Leidos is poised to support the deployment of contingent UK forces at pace and scale.
The role requires cross-organisational coordination between Leidos, MOD stakeholders, and internally to Team Leidos mission partners to manage high-priority issue resolution.
