Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Five (5) combined years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, and/or Supply Chain
  • Two (2) years of frontline supervisory experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering (preferred)
  • Seven (7) years of Manufacturing, Quality, or Supply Chain experience (preferred)
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred)
