The Field Officer will serve as the main point person for one Local Government Area, providing training, supervision, and support to Mobile Immunization Teams across 16 LGAs in Kebbi State.
Responsibilities include conducting supportive supervision, facilitating community engagement, monitoring vaccine stocks, and ensuring accurate reporting of project activities to senior staff.

Must-have
3 years health service delivery experience
Immunization service delivery experience preferred
Supportive supervision and mentoring skills
Collaboration with local health facility officials
Data documentation and structured field reporting
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal and public communication skills
Willingness to travel within Kebbi State
Experience with integrated service delivery approaches
Ability to coordinate multiple person teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant area
Minimum 3 years prior experience in health service delivery
Experience in immunization service delivery (preferred)
