Job Summary
The Receiver/Stock Room Attendant assists in the stock room storage and distribution of products and materials within the unit.
Receiving is responsible for properly receiving and storing all food and beverage products in the stock room, refrigerators, and freezers under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
The role requires adherence to food safety guidelines including ServSafe and HACCP, and the ability to withstand temperature extremes.
