Job Summary

  • The Technical Representative will have the overall responsibility of field technical support for a given customer base (geographical or account based).
  • Responsible for visiting customers and relaying information back to the customer center through the Customer Visits Report Portal on WebTek, post visit.
  • This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
