• The Medical Information Communication Specialist is responsible for academic promotion of products and professional support for customers within their designated area, under the leadership and guidance of the Regional Manager of Medical Information Communication.
• Key responsibilities include timely and accurate professional support to customers, building partnerships, effectively utilizing resources for customer visits, and planning/organizing academic conferences or activities.
• The role requires collecting, analyzing, and providing feedback on market and customer information through company management systems and other compliant channels, while continuously improving professional knowledge and abilities.
