Job Summary

  • Design and execute a comprehensive strategy to cultivate, develop, and retain top talent across Flex, covering onboarding, manager training, and leadership programs.
  • Build and maintain strategic people programs, including onboarding, a scalable manager and leadership development program, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Create and be responsible for relevant metrics and KPIs success; proactively assessing and addressing talent trends and measuring ROI for our programs.
