Job Summary
Design and execute a comprehensive strategy to cultivate, develop, and retain top talent across Flex, covering onboarding, manager training, and leadership programs.
Build and maintain strategic people programs, including onboarding, a scalable manager and leadership development program, and one-on-one coaching.
Create and be responsible for relevant metrics and KPIs success; proactively assessing and addressing talent trends and measuring ROI for our programs.

Salary
Base: $204,000 - $255,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Company equity; Benefits: Competitive medical, dental, and vision, 401(k) plan with company match, Unlimited paid time off + 13 company paid holidays, Parental leave, Flex Cares Program, Free Flex subscription
