Job Summary

• The University Registrar serves as the senior leader responsible for the integrity, security, and strategic oversight of all academic records, registration, enrollment operations, and student data systems at the University of Louisville.
• The position directs the Records and Registration Department, including supervision of 16 staff members and management of the office budget.
• The Registrar collaborates closely with academic units, IT leadership, Enrollment Management, and external agencies to support major initiatives and represents the University on committees and special projects.
