The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions, maintaining their comfort and safety, reporting any changes in condition, and adhering to all facility policies and procedures.

Base: $22.00-$23.50 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Additional compensation may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, Holidays
