Job Summary
As a Chronic Care Specialty Sales Representative, you will drive meaningful patient impact by leveraging scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers within your assigned territory.
The role requires developing and managing relationships with a diverse range of specialty healthcare customers including cardiologists, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and office managers across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming.
The successful candidate will be eligible for an annual bonus and long-term incentive and will receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.

Base: $79,200.00 - $124,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and sick days

Key Requirements

0-3 years relevant work experience (S1 level)
