  • The Patient Access Representative provides quality customer service to patients of all ages, their families, visitors, medical staff, clinicians and co-workers, ensuring that everyone will be treated courteously, quickly and with respect.
  • This position handles all business functions in an assigned area including reception, scheduling, registering patients, verifying insurance, and collecting co-pays as necessary.
  • Incumbents may be required to work off-shifts, weekends, and holidays and must be able to perform daily activities with minimal supervision.
