This position serves as a pharmacotherapy expert to provide optimal pharmaceutical care for patients from birth through age 21 and select adult populations.
The role requires prospective identification of adverse drug reactions, interactions, and incompatibilities while verifying medication orders for timely delivery.
Candidates must demonstrate competency in direct clinical patient care similar to that provided through a PGY-1 Residency or have three years of hospital practice experience.
