Job Summary
Provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.
Manage the bank’s relationship with Hong Kong regulators, support regulatory requests, monitor regulatory changes and provide Hong Kong Regulatory Compliance coverage which includes licensing matters and outsourcing arrangements.
This role requires experience in dealing with Hong Kong regulators with deep understanding of the local regulatory framework particularly the regulations of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
