Job Summary

  • As a Senior Personal Carer, you'll conduct initial client intake and screening assessments and developing and reviewing individualised care plans with a client-centered approach while providing quality care based on clients' needs.
  • Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities.
