Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of the first T28 industrial ASIC for the ASM Industrial business, combining full chip ownership with RTL team leadership.
Lead execution across RTL, DV, DFT, PD and Validation, interfacing with Architecture, IP, FW/SW, Product, Business teams, and the PE team.
Lead and grow the RTL design team, ensuring high-quality micro-architecture, coding, reuse, and integration while balancing technical leadership with people management.
