Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current Florida RN licensure required
BLS and ACLS certification mandatory
Patient assessment and education skills
Emergency response and intervention
Multidisciplinary team collaboration
Nice-to-have
NIHSS training preferred
Cardiopulmonary Rehab certification preferred
One year cardiac unit experience
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication
Performance improvement participation
Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing
