Job Summary

  • The Transforming Client Communication (TCC) program seeks to build the business communication skills of PwC professionals in the Acceleration Centre (AC) offices to develop client-ready professionals.
  • Work closely with local AC L&D team to deliver effective communication training targeting English, business, and cultural communication skills.
  • Lead and support major on-going learning projects to ensure successful deployment on time.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in language teaching, creating and deploying learning solutions, or managing learning projects
  • Masters’ degree/Certificate/ Diploma in English/ELL/ESL/ESOL/Linguistics
  • CELTA/TESOL certification is an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional methods
