Must-have
Minimum 4 years supervisory experience
Experience using Warehouse Management System WMS
Strong experience leading production processes budgets
Ability to work night shift hours 2 PM to 11 PM
Experience in training and employee development
Nice-to-have
Experience with TMS IMS or YMS systems
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools like Lean Kaizen
Strong customer communication skills
Experience in manufacturing or service center environment
