The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all facility policies regarding patient confidentiality and safety.
Key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, measuring vital signs, reporting incidents, and ensuring the comfort and dignity of residents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant credential
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations
