Salary

Base: $23.00/hour; Shift Differential: +10% for 2nd shift; Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on base salary percentage

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Education or GED equivalency
  • 1 year experience in Manufacturing environment
  • Use basic hand tools and measuring devices
  • Perform electrical test methods
  • Blueprint and GD&T interpretation
  • Pass visual acuity exam

  • Experience in self-directed team environment
  • Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing
  • Preferred assembly or electronics manufacturing experience

Key Requirements
