Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA within the Order-to-Cash workstream, defining, governing, and making key decisions across the enterprise.
Ensure global standardization, alignment with SAP best practices, and compliance with regulatory requirements by leading process design workshops and driving adoption of standardized OTC processes.
Act as the primary liaison between Customer Success and functional/technical teams, documenting current processes and defining future state for order entry, credit management, pricing, delivery, billing, and collections.
